Shipping policy

Most good are dispatched within 1-2 business days and you can expect delivery within 2 - 5 business days.

Most items are dispatched via recorded mail and will require a signature on delivery. If you would like your goods delivered on a specific date please specify this in the notes section upon checkout, however this can't always be guaranteed.

Where possible we will try and ship an order together but this is not always possible due to the shape and nature of the goods we sell.

Electric & hydraulic couches are usually delivered on a double pallet and are delivered curb-side only. The courier is not responsible for manoeuvring the couch into its final position and you will need to unpack it and dispose of packaging yourself. Please make sure that you specify the delivery date in the notes section of your order and that you have assistance to manoeuvre the couch once delivered.

We reserve the right to pass on any redelivery fees charged to us by the courier, and goods will remain our property until paid.
